No Refunds
All sales are final.
Space Fits does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
- Accidental orders
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)
While we do not offer refunds, we do allow exchanges if the item received is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect due to our error
To qualify for an exchange:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide clear photos or video of the defect or incorrect item.
If approved, Space Fits will exchange it for the same item or an item of equal value, depending on availability.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for exchange.
- If the mistake is on our end (wrong or defective product), Space Fits will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Custom pieces
- Accessories
